Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your items in their original RYE packaging, ensuring all hardware and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
